Return Policy


At UNEFFECTED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process for our customers. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

We recommend using our Return Portal when sending a return from an EU country. 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during special promotions such as Black Friday, Final Sale are not eligible for return.
  • Customized Products: Any customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Underwear and Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned.


Return Process

  1. Register a Return:  Register your return in our return portal, or contact our customer service team at if you having any issues, Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Label.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all original tags and labels. Include the Packing Slip inside the package.
  4. Shipping: Hand off your package to the nearest parcel shop, or ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions if you're using your own label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. UNEFFECTED is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping when using a different carrier and a label that was not generated by us.
  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.



If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and choose for item exchange in the portal.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

International Returns

For international returns. Note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.


You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you've received your order. The deadline is met if you send back the goods after the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

When using your own label (which we don't recommend) please send your return to the following address, Please make sure to include our email address in the shipment information and to inform us by sending an email with the tracking number to when sending a return. The return should be sent directly to our warehouse with track & trace information as we're not responsible to pick up the parcels from any different address if the courier have failed to deliver the return directly to us. ( We recommend using DPD - UPS - DHL).
