Return Policy

IMPORTANT: Please do not use PostNL when sending a return package from the Netherlands. We're not responsible for any packages that are lost or undelivered. PostNL is marking some return packages as delivered in the tracking, and their driver's is signing for it without delivering those packages to our warehouse. Our customers & us tried to reach out to PostNL multiple times, but been told they can't investigate the issue as the packages has been sent uninsured. Please use a different courier or use our return portal for a smoother return process. 

 

You can return unworn items within 14 days after receiving the shipment without giving any reason

We recommend using our return portal when sending a return from an EU country. 

After we have received your return, it can take up to 14 days for it to be processed. After processing, You'll receive a confirmation by email. 

 

In order to return an item, it must meet the following conditions: 

The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with tags and packing.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if it is suspected that the products have been used.

The customer bears the shipping/return costs himself. 

The return is usually processed within 14 days after we have received your returned package.

NOTICE: (ORDERS PAID VIA KLARNA) 

All orders paid via "Klarna" can only be exchanged or refunded in a form of store credit.

All orders paid via "Klarna" which contains multiple sizes from the same item are subject to be cancelled due to the limited availability of our items. 

By placing an order via Klarna you agree to this terms and conditions. 

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS:

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you've received your order. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

Please send your return to the following address, Please make sure to include our email address in the shipment information and to inform us by sending an email with the tracking number to support@uneffected.com when sending a return. The return should be sent directly to our warehouse with track & trace information as we're not responsible to pick up the parcels from any different address if the courier have failed to deliver the return directly to us. ( We recommend using DPD - UPS - DHL).
